GENERAL APPERANCE: Tali has long black hair and green eyes. She's about 5'4 and her appearance is very gothic which is what you'd expect from the offspring of a vampire. Her hair is very straight and she likes to leave it down but other times she will put it up. Most of the time it's in a refined style such as a bun because her "father" keeps making her dress prim and proper.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Other than the scar from when she was turned she doesn't have any distinguishing marks. However, her skin is quite pale.
CLOTHING STYLE: Her style is very gothic. When she's not in class she likes to wear black dresses and just about anything that's a dark color. She's not very casual because since she moved in with Blodwyn he's had her dressing very properly.

GENERAL PERSONALITY: Despite having a mysterious appearance and being created by another vampire, Tallis is very friendly. She may be a little timid and quiet at first but once she makes friends she'll open up a bit more. However, she would never say anything to compromise her family. Tallis has a very refined personality which has been ingrained in her by Blodwyn. She speaks very politely to older people and even speaks politely when the situation doesn't require such behavior.

Although she is the second oldest (by appearance, age 16) she is overprotective of the people she cares about. She may take a risk or too if someone she loves is ever in danger. She rarely gets upset but if someone pushes her to the breaking point, she will get angry with them. Another thing is that she's determined and if she wants something she'll go for it.

CURRENT RESIDENCE: Bludd-Devereaux Estate in London.
HISTORY: Tallis hadn't always lived with the Bludd family. It was just her and her mother. Her real father, Charles Devereaux was killed by Blodwyn when he found her mother. Blodwyn wanted Sophia for himself. Before Tallis attended Hogwarts she was a student at Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. This was before her mother was a professor. Her mother worked as a nurse before she worked at Beauxbatons.

Despite missing her husband Sophia and Blodwyn got married. A part of her really loved him even though he took her husband away. By this time Tallis was heading into her sixth year at Beauxbatons Academy but an incident forced her to move away from France. An illness was making it's way through France and Tallis caught it. As she was on her death bed Blodwyn turned her into a vampire to save her. This was something she didn't understand. He killed her real father but saved her life and her mother's. So they moved away from France to England. He told Beauxbatons that Tallis died while they started a anew in England.

He sent Tallis to school at Hogwarts where she was sorted into Gryffindor. It was different from Beauxbatons but she liked it all the same. Her mother, on the other hand, was missing France but Blodwynn wouldn't let her go back. Her father had started becoming awfully possessive as soon as they came to England. New additions (her brothers and sisters) soon came about and they eventually joined her at Hogwarts. They had full British accents while she had a full French accent that at times slipped into British. Eventually just after Tallis started at Hogwarts her mother sent a secret owl to Tallis saying she ran back to France. She quit her old job before leaving and applied for one as a professor at Beauxbatons. She still writes to Tallis every now and then and her other "sons" and "daughters" if she can manage it. They grew on her like family even though they were created by Blodwyn, who she was slowly beginning to hate. Now it's just Tallis, a livid Blodwyn, and her siblings.
