GENERAL APPERANCE: Harrow stands about six foot even with a swimmers body and a nice set of abs. He loves working out and loves going for a run around London when he can. Harrow was always athletic, playing quidditch for his house team in Hogwarts. But caught too many bludgers to the head to ever make professional. He has Weasley standard red hair, though since he spends so much time outside, it's turned a bit more golden brown with the sun. Harrow is considered a good looking male, some say he looks just like his father did in school, with the same build but more muscle.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: He does have an extensive dragon tattoo that goes up his side, over his shoulder and down his left arm. From his childhood in Romania taming dragons with his parents.

GENERAL PERSONALITY: Harrow is a typical guy. He loves spending time with his girlfriend and his siblings. He works hard as a tattoo artist with his own shop (even though he knows his father would prefer if he was a dragon tamer as well). Harrow is a sweet, romantic at heart who believes that chivalry never died. He likes planning romantic dinners or get-away weekends for him and Luna. HISTORY: Harrow was born only about four years after the war ended, Charlie and Alicia had a whirlwind romance, meeting only a few months before he was conceived. Many people thought that they would never last, but even after 21 years together, they're still crazy in love. Harrow was always close with his cousin Victorie (since they were close in age) and his best friend Teddy Lupin, the three went to school together and were all sorted into Gryffindor.

His school years were rather quiet, he would spend his summers in Romania with his parents where he learned how to handle dragons and how to keep himself safe. Charlie assumed that Harrow would follow in his footsteps and become a professional tamer, but with a natural artistic talent, he found true love in tattooing. His passion for tattooing was seconded a year ago by Luna Lupin. He had known Luna for years, but after a summer in Romania, when he came back he saw how beautiful she grew to be. They had their first kiss after a family get together, and of course, Teddy caught them. Teddy and Harrow fought like they never did before. Harrow clung tighter to Luna, if he was going to lose his best friend, he wanted to be able to get the girl.
